Carolina Bauernhaus Brewery & Winery™ is a hybrid farmhouse brewery and winery based in Anderson, SC. Their handcrafted, award-winning ales, ciders, and meads pay homage to the rich agricultural resources of Upstate South Carolina and the region by using locally sourced malt, grains, yeast, and hops. While our brewing techniques may be Belgian-inspired, their beers are by no means reverent to tradition.
